TENTATIF ROGRAM

0900 hrs: Meet Rafting Malaysia representative at GUA KANDU.

0930 hrs: Necessary preparation and allocation of Caving equipment.

Equipment checked by guides. Briefing on safety, commands and procedures for about 20 minutes

Adventure begins.

1200 hrs: Approximate ending time of Caving Gua KANDU.

Lunch served and CHANGE CLOTHES

1400 hrs: Meet-up representative at GAHARU TEA VALLEY GOPENG and proceed to parking area

1430 hrs: Preparation & proceed to WW starting point

1500 hrs: WWR briefing & safety procedure

1530 hrs: WWR adventute begins!

1730 hrs: Expected arrival at WWR ending point

What to bring & wear:

• Wear proper attire for wet activity, strappy sandals, or water shoes. NO heavy track bottoms

• HEADLAMP

• GLOVE

• 2 to 3 T-shirt (one to get dirty in & one to change)

• 2 to 3 tracksuit pants or shorts (one to get dirty in & one to change)

• Straps for spectacles or swimming goggles for people who wear contact lenses

• Bring a change of dry clothes, towel & toiletries, dry bag, waterproof camera

• Put on your best, fun & sporting attitude!!!

Terms:

• Booking has to made minimum one week before the trip

• Minimum 5 people per booking

Insurance Options:

Participants are advised to take their own insurance coverage as normal insurance does not cover this activity. However, we can assist in arranging the insurance and the Premium including service charge is RM15 for a sum assured of RM25,000.00. Details needed are Full Name, IC or Passport No. and Date of Birth. Take note that the maximum age requirement is 60 years old.

NOTE: THE ROAD TO THE CAR PARK WILL TAKE A 1.0KM OFF ROAD

Payment, Cancellation & Replacement terms and conditions:

• Deposit RM60 perpax upon confirmation. Non-refundable deposit. However you may replaced others. First come first served

• Balance shall be paid at least 1 week before.

• No Refund will be entertained in Case of No SHOW or UN-USED Service

• Postponement notice must be given in writing and email to us at least 7 working days prior to departure to quality for an alternative date
